1. B2B Scope & Account Eligibility

By using this website or initiating a business inquiry, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a legally registered business entity, wholesaler, distributor, or automotive service professional.
• You have the legal authority to bind your company to commercial agreements and purchasing transactions.
• Orders placed are intended for commercial resale, distribution, or professional assembly/repair services.

2. Product Specifications, Fitment & MOQ

• Product Accuracy: We endeavor to display accurate product images, cross-reference numbers (OEM/aftermarket numbers), technical specifications, and vehicle compatibility details. However, buyer technical verification prior to order confirmation is required.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Wholesale orders are subject to product-specific MOQs as specified in our official quotations or Proforma Invoices (PI). We reserve the right to decline inquiries that do not meet minimum wholesale thresholds.
• Customization & Packaging: OEM/ODM manufacturing, private labeling, and custom packaging require separate contract sign-offs and artwork approvals prior to production.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Quotations: Price quotes, catalogs, and estimate sheets are valid for the timeframe specified therein (typically 30 days) and are subject to adjustment based on raw material costs, currency fluctuations, or freight charges.
• Incoterms: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, transactions follow standard international commercial terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or EXW) as indicated on your formal Proforma Invoice.
• Payment Terms: Production and dispatch timelines commence only after the agreed deposit or full payment cleared via bank wire (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or approved commercial channels.

4. Production Timelines, Shipping & Delivery

• Lead Times: Estimated manufacturing lead times and delivery dates are indicative and provided in good faith. We are not liable for logistics delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, customs inspections, or Force Majeure events.
• Customs & Import Duties: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and compliance with local automotive regulations in the destination country.

5. Inspection, Quality & Claim Period

• Goods Inspection: Buyers must inspect shipments upon arrival at destination port/warehouse. Any visible container damage or quantity discrepancy must be noted on the bill of lading or reported within one year of delivery.
• Quality Claims: Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing along with supporting evidence (including part batch/serial numbers, clear photographs, or video evidence). Verified defective items will be processed in accordance with our formal Warranty Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, technical drawings, website text, product graphics, and catalog structures on this website are the intellectual property of GDST Auto Parts or its licensors. OEM part numbers, vehicle brand names, and model designations are used purely for cross-reference and vehicle fitment compatibility identification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GDST Auto Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or commercial transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiations or submitted to the designated arbitration tribunal in Wuhu City.
